# Eraser

Remove whole strokes as you touch them with the Eraser tool, or clear the entire document in a single step.

The Eraser tool is on the Tool Dock, and allows you to remove entire strokes as you touch them.

> You can also use the [Correction Tool](/support/flow/correction-tool/) to erase areas of your drawing, like a traditional eraser.

When selected, the tool slides out. You can toggle which types of tool the eraser will be able to delete on the Tool Editor.

## Clearing the document

To clear the entire document, press and hold on the eraser until the dialogue box appears.
