# Use Timepage and Actions together

Sign in to Timepage and Actions with the same account and your events and tasks appear in both apps and stay in sync. Setup, what you can do, and syncing.

Timepage and Actions work together so you see your whole day — events *and* tasks — in one place. Sign in to both apps with the **same Bonobo account** and the integration turns on automatically: your Action cards show up in Timepage, your Timepage events show up in Actions, and changes sync both ways. Here's how to set it up and what you can do.

## Set up the integration

You need:

- **Both apps installed** on your device.
- **The same Bonobo account** signed in to both — open **Menu > Account** in each app and sign in with the same email, Google, or Apple account (see [Create and manage your account](/support/account/creating-and-managing-accounts/)).
- **An internet connection** for syncing.

That's it — once both apps are signed in with the same account, the integration works automatically. Tasks you add in Actions start appearing in Timepage, and events you add in Timepage appear in Actions.

## Your Actions in Timepage

### On the Timeline

Your Action cards appear on their scheduled dates in Timepage's [Timeline](/support/timepage/navigating-timeline-and-day-view/), alongside your calendar events:

- A task shows its name on the date you gave it in Actions.
- Events show their calendar colour, and each Action shows a small colour-coded marker next to its title, so the two are easy to tell apart.

### In Day View

When you tap into a day in Timepage's [Day View](/support/timepage/navigating-day-view/), that day's tasks appear together under an **Actions** header, each showing its [List](/support/actions/lists/) colour and title along with its schedule.

### Work with Actions from Timepage

You can manage Action cards without leaving Timepage:

- **View details:** tap a card to open it in Actions with its full notes, schedule, and list.
- **Mark complete:** short swipe right-to-left on the card.
- **Reschedule:** short swipe left-to-right.
- **Delete:** long swipe left-to-right.
- **Move between days:** drag a card from one day and drop it on another.
- **Create a new Action:** tap the **+** button at the bottom, then tap **Action** — Actions opens for you to type the title, and pressing Done returns you to Timepage.

If you've turned on **Invert Gestures** in Actions' settings, these swipe directions are reversed. Every change you make here syncs back to Actions automatically.

## Your Timepage events in Actions

### On the Schedule

All your Timepage events appear in Actions under the [Schedule](/support/actions/schedule/) panel, on their day:

- Each event shows its calendar colour, so you can tell which calendar it belongs to.
- Tapping an event opens that day in Timepage.

This puts events and tasks side by side, so you can see when you actually have time for a task versus when you're in meetings.

### Move a task to your calendar

If an Action card is really more of a calendar event, tap the **move to Timepage** button above the keyboard while adding it. Timepage opens so you can finish entering the event there.

## How syncing works

Changes sync automatically in both directions — there's no manual sync. When you create, complete, reschedule, or delete an Action card, or edit its title, notes, schedule, or list, the change appears in the other app; acting on a card in one app affects it in the other. Syncing is usually near-instant but depends on your connection, needs both apps signed in to the same account, and requires an internet connection. ## Troubleshooting

If Actions aren't showing in Timepage, events aren't showing in Actions, or sync seems stuck, the usual cause is the two apps being signed in to different accounts — confirm both use the same Bonobo account. Also check that calendar accounts are set up on your device ([Set up your calendars](/support/timepage/setting-up-calendars/)) and that you have an internet connection. If Timepage events specifically aren't reaching Actions, make sure Timepage has permission to access your calendars in **Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars**.
