Our three premium apps — Timepage, Actions, and Flow — are paid subscriptions, and every one starts with a seven-day free trial (no credit card required). You can subscribe to a single app, or get all three together as the Bonobo Bundle, which is better value. Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID.
Pricing
You can subscribe to a single app monthly or yearly, get all three together as the Bonobo Bundle, or share the Bundle with your household as the Family Bundle (up to six people in your Apple Family). The yearly plans cost less than paying monthly, and the Bundle is better value than subscribing to each app on its own.
We set our prices using Purchasing Power Parity, so the price is adjusted for your country rather than converted at a flat exchange rate — which means it varies by region. To see the exact price where you are, check the App Store, or tap Menu > My Account > Manage Subscriptions in the app.
Our fourth app, Overlap, is free to download and use without a subscription.
What is Purchasing Power Parity?
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) is a way of comparing prices between countries so they reflect a similar amount of local buying power, rather than a straight currency conversion. We price our apps this way so the cost is fairer wherever you live. You can read more about the idea on Wikipedia.
Why a subscription?
Instead of a large upfront cost, we use a lower-cost subscription so the apps stay accessible and we can keep them running smoothly and improving for everyone.
Because iOS subscriptions are handled directly by Apple, your Apple ID is charged monthly or yearly for your membership. Whether you delete the apps, move to a new device, or use syncing, your membership stays with you.
Free trial
Every app comes with a seven-day free trial, and you can use all features without restriction during it.
You’ll need to sign up for a free membership to start the trial, which you can do from any of our apps after downloading. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Trial extension
If you forgot about your trial and didn’t get a chance to use the app, we’re happy to extend it — just email us with your account email address.
How to buy
If you’re new to our apps
Start with the seven-day free trial — no credit card required. In the app:
- Open the Menu.
- Tap My Account.
- Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Read the text and choose a subscription.
- Tap Continue.
Your free trial begins immediately, and you won’t be charged until it ends.
If you already subscribe to one app and want the Bundle
You’re halfway there — upgrade to the Bonobo Bundle in three steps. New members can still start with a seven-day free trial (no credit card required):
- Open your subscriptions on your device and select your Flow, Timepage, or Actions subscription.
- Under Options, select Bonobo and follow the prompts.
- If you have other subscriptions for any of our apps, you can cancel them using Apple’s instructions.
You may be eligible for a refund on the unused portion of your existing subscriptions — see Request a refund.
If you want a single app
In the app:
- Open the Menu.
- Tap My Account.
- Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Read the text and choose a subscription — one month or 12 months.
- Tap Continue.
Do I need a separate membership for each device?
No. A paid subscription covers every platform an app runs on — iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac.
The one exception is the legacy “Complimentary Timepage” membership, which we gave to people who bought Timepage for iOS before we moved to subscriptions in December 2017. That membership only covers Timepage for iOS.
Free membership for Apple employees
We offer free memberships to Apple employees. Create an account if you don’t already have one, then email us from your @apple.com address and let us know your account’s email address (it doesn’t have to be your Apple one).
