How to Add Events in Timepage - Complete Calendar Guide

You can add events anywhere you see the add + button

Timeline and Heatmap

At the bottom right of the screen is the floating add button; tapping it will bring up the “New Event” screen, automatically set to today’s date. You can also drag the floating add button over any day on the Timeline to create an event for that day.

On the Day View you can tap the floating add + button, or also pull down on the screen

With the “Add New Event” widget

You can add a widget on your home screen that has a button for quickly adding events.

FAQ: Adding Events

How do I add an event to a specific calendar?

When creating a new event, tap the calendar name to choose which calendar to save the event to. You can only choose from calendars that are visible in Timepage.

Can I add events to shared calendars?

Yes, if you have edit permissions for the shared calendar, you can add events to it just like any other calendar.

Why can’t I add events to some calendars?

Check that the calendar is visible in Timepage and that you have edit permissions for that calendar. Some shared calendars may be view-only.

How do I add recurring events?

When creating an event, tap the “Repeat” option to set up recurring events. You can choose daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence.

Can I add events from other apps?

Yes, events created in other calendar apps (like Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook) will automatically appear in Timepage if they’re from calendars you have access to.

How do I add events with locations?

When creating an event, tap the location field and enter an address. Timepage will show a map and provide directions to the location.

Can I add events with attendees?

Yes, you can add attendees to events. Enter their email addresses in the attendees field when creating the event.

How do I add all-day events?

When creating an event, toggle the “All Day” switch to create an all-day event.
