Cancel your subscription

Applies to: iOS, iPadOS, macOS, WebUpdated August 2026

Applies to: Timepage (iPhone, iPad, Mac); Actions and Flow (iPhone, iPad, web).

Our memberships are Apple subscriptions, so you cancel through Apple’s subscription settings — not inside the app. One subscription covers all your devices, so you’ll only ever have one to cancel. Cancelling won’t delete your data: the app switches to read-only mode, and resubscribing later restores all its features.

Cancel your subscription

One click

  1. Open Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Find and tap Timepage, Actions, or Flow.
  3. Choose Cancel Subscription.

From the App Store

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your photo at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  5. Choose Cancel Subscription.

See Apple’s guide for more detail.

We’d love for you to stay, but we know our apps aren’t for everyone. If you have a minute, we’d genuinely like to hear why you cancelled — drop us a line at support@bonobolabs.com.

Cancelling vs deleting your account

These are two different things. Cancelling stops your billing but keeps your account and data — the app just becomes read-only until you resubscribe. Deleting your account permanently erases your data, and can’t be undone. If you only want to stop paying, cancel; you don’t need to delete anything.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and all your data in any of these ways. There is no undo, so please be careful.

  • In the app: open the Menu, tap My Account, and choose Delete Account. You’ll be asked to type “DELETE” to confirm. For your security you need to have signed in recently — if you’re prompted, sign in again and then retry the deletion.
  • On the web: click the Delete Account button on our accounts site.
  • By email: send us an email and we can delete your account for you.

When you delete your account, all associated settings, data, Flow documents, and Actions are permanently removed.

Frequently asked questions

Will cancelling delete my data?

No. Cancelling stops billing but keeps your data — the app switches to read-only mode, and resubscribing restores full features. Deleting your account is a separate action that does erase everything.
