Flow in Timepage

Timepage and Flow work together to help you capture visual ideas and sketches right from your calendar. When you create a Flow document from Timepage, it’s automatically linked to that day in your calendar, making it easy to access your visual notes alongside your schedule.

You can create a new Flow document directly from Timepage by tapping the plus (+) button at the bottom of the screen, then tapping “Flow”. This will open Flow and direct you to create a new document. Once created, when you browse to that day in Timepage, the canvas will be there for you to see a thumbnail of and then tap to open it.

This integration makes it easy to quickly sketch meeting notes, brainstorm ideas, or capture visual thoughts right from your calendar, keeping everything organized by date.

Creating Flow Documents from Timepage

To create a new Flow document from Timepage:

  1. Tap the plus (+) button at the bottom of the Timepage screen
  2. Tap “Flow” from the options
  3. Flow will open and direct you to create a new document
  4. Once you’ve created your document, return to Timepage
  5. When you browse to that day in Timepage, you’ll see a thumbnail of the Flow canvas
  6. Tap the thumbnail to open the Flow document

The Flow document is automatically linked to the day where you created it, making it easy to find your visual notes alongside your calendar events and tasks.

Setting Up

All you need for setup is both apps installed on your device with a signed-in account:

  • Both apps installed on your device
  • Same Bonobo account signed in to both apps
    • In Timepage: Menu > Account
    • In Flow: Menu > Account
    • Sign in with email, Google, or Apple – use the same account for both

After you’ve signed in to both apps with the same account, you can immediately start creating Flow documents from Timepage.

Platform Support

Creating Flow documents from Timepage works on:

  • iPhone: Full support
  • iPad: Full support

This feature doesn’t require both apps to be open on the screen at the same time – you can create Flow documents from Timepage and Flow will open automatically.
