If one of our apps isn’t recognizing a membership you’re paying for, it’s usually because the app is signed in to a different account than the one you subscribed with, or because the purchase needs to be re-linked to the app. Work through the checks below.

Check you’re signed in to the right account

Confirm you’re logged in, and that you’re using the same account you had when you first signed up for the membership. A membership is tied to the account it was purchased under, so signing in with a different email is the most common reason an app doesn’t see it.

Restore your purchases

“Restore Purchases” asks Apple to re-check your Apple ID for an active subscription and re-link it to the app — it’s the fix when a subscription you’re paying for isn’t showing as active.

  1. Open the Menu.
  2. Tap My Account.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Your membership should be recognized again within a few moments.

Still not recognized?

If your membership still isn’t showing after checking your account and restoring purchases, contact support and we’ll sort it out with you.
