Managing your Subscription
Upgrading to the Bonobo Bundle
If you already subscribe to one or more of our apps (Timepage, Flow, or Actions) and you decide to switch to the Bonobo Bundle, Apple will automatically handle the transition for you.
When you subscribe to the bundle:
- Your new bundle subscription starts right away — you don’t have to wait for your existing plan to finish.
- Apple will cancel your individual app subscriptions and give you a refund or credit for the unused portion of each one.
- You’ll then be billed for the bundle (which includes all three apps) at its discounted rate.
This process is managed entirely by Apple. The refund or credit is automatically calculated and applied by Apple’s billing system based on how much time was left in your previous subscription(s).
If you have multiple single-app subscriptions (for example, both Timepage and Flow), Apple will adjust each one when you move to the bundle.
Moving Between Monthly and Annual Plans
If you switch between a monthly and annual plan for any of our apps, Apple may also prorate the change depending on the timing. The new plan might begin immediately, with Apple crediting you for any unused time on the previous plan.
Important Notes
- All billing, refunds, and credits are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Timing and refund amounts can vary slightly by region or subscription duration.
- Because Apple manages the payment system, we can’t issue direct refunds or adjust subscription charges ourselves.
If you have questions about a specific charge or refund, you can check your purchase history or contact Apple Support directly here:
