Manage your subscription

Applies to: iOS, iPadOS, macOS, WebUpdated August 2026

Applies to: Timepage (iPhone, iPad, Mac); Actions and Flow (iPhone, iPad, web).

Because our memberships are Apple subscriptions, you manage them — switching plans or upgrading to the Bundle — through Apple, and Apple handles the billing changes for you. When a change means you’ve paid for time you won’t use, Apple works out the proration, refund, or credit automatically.

Switch between monthly and annual

If you switch a subscription between a monthly and an annual plan, Apple may prorate the change depending on the timing. The new plan can begin immediately, with Apple crediting you for any unused time on the previous plan.

Upgrade to the Bonobo Bundle

If you already subscribe to one of our apps and switch to the Bonobo Bundle, Apple handles the transition automatically:

  • Your new Bundle subscription starts right away — you don’t have to wait for your existing plan to finish.
  • Apple cancels your individual app subscription and refunds or credits the unused portion.
  • You’re then billed for the Bundle (all three apps) at its discounted rate.

The refund or credit is calculated and applied by Apple’s billing system based on how much time was left on your previous plan.

One thing to watch: if you subscribe to more than one of our apps individually (say, both Timepage and Flow), only the subscription in the app you upgrade through is handled automatically. Your other individual subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them yourself. For the step-by-step upgrade, and how to cancel the leftovers, see Buy a subscription.

Billing is handled by Apple

All billing, refunds, and credits go through your App Store account, so timing and amounts can vary slightly by region or subscription length. Because Apple manages the payment system, we can’t issue direct refunds or adjust charges ourselves — see Request a refund for how to ask Apple.
