Applies to: Timepage on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Once you’ve added your calendar accounts to your device (see Set up your calendars), Timepage shows all of them together in one view. Any calendar you’ve added on your device — iCloud, Google, Outlook, Exchange, or CalDAV — is available in Timepage. This page covers organizing several calendars at once.
Show, hide, and colour your calendars
Open Menu > Calendars > Setup Calendars (or Settings > Calendars on Mac) to tick the calendars you want to see — hiding a calendar here doesn’t add or delete it from your device, it just hides it in Timepage. Tap Default Calendar to choose where new events save. To recolour a calendar, tap the coloured circle beside it, pick a colour, and confirm with the tick; Match to Timepage colours snaps an externally-set colour to the closest Timepage one.
To remove a calendar from Timepage entirely, touch and hold it in Setup Calendars — again, this hides it from Timepage without deleting it from your device.
Condensed events (Mac)
On Mac you can show certain calendars in a condensed form to cut clutter — useful for shared, colleagues’, or birthday calendars. Condensed events appear as coloured rectangles; hover to see more. In Settings, set Event visibility per calendar:
- Condense scheduled events — condenses any event with a set time.
- Condense all-day events — condenses all-day events.
Calendars in the Heat Map
The Heat Map shows your busiest days across all calendars, shading busier days more strongly. To peek at one calendar at a time, press and hold the heatmap button at the bottom of the screen and swipe left and right to move between your calendars; let go to return to all calendars together. The events for the selected day appear below the Heat Map.
